Balsam Crema al Cranberry
Our Balsam Crema Cranberry has a great balance between sweetness and acidity. It is particularly thick and therefore also comes with a cork without a spout, which would otherwise easily clog. Flor de Sal sea salt - with hibiscus flowers. Preferably used directly at the table. Flor de Sal from Menorca. Refined by sol y tierra. Slightly acidic, fruity, floral, refreshing, intense colour. In salads with bitter ingredients (rocket, chicory), on grilled vegetables, fish or meat / game.

On Mallorca, you will find in our shop mainly locally produced delicious food, made by hand and without artificial additives by small manufactories.
From our own production we have mustards and sauces, garlic-tomato pesto, olive pesto, delicious spice mixtures, various fruit balsamicos (e.g. apricot, lemon laurel and blackberry) and Flor de Sal compositions.
