Balsam Crema al Cranberry
Our Balsam Crema Cranberry has a great balance between sweetness and acidity. It is particularly thick and therefore also comes with a cork without a spout, which would otherwise easily clog. On Mallorca, you will find in our shop mainly locally produced delicious food, made by hand and without artificial additives by small manufactories.
From our own production we have mustards and sauces, garlic-tomato pesto, olive pesto, delicious spice mixtures, various fruit balsamicos (e.g. apricot, lemon laurel and blackberry) and Flor de Sal compositions.
