Our Balsam Crema Cranberry has a great balance between sweetness and acidity. It is particularly thick and therefore also comes with a cork without a spout, which would otherwise easily clog. Therefore also great for decorating plates! Delicious with bitter salads ruccola in combination with goat cheese. Be sure to try the recipe below!
Red curry, spicy, slightly fruity. This curry has a unique flavour thanks to the very high proportion of hibiscus blossoms and spicy Mallorcan cirereta. For cooking and also perfect for seasoning directly at the table.

On Mallorca, you will find in our shop mainly locally produced delicious food, made by hand and without artificial additives by small manufactories.
From our own production we have mustards and sauces, garlic-tomato pesto, olive pesto, delicious spice mixtures, various fruit balsamicos (e.g. apricot, lemon laurel and blackberry) and Flor de Sal compositions.
