The Flor de Sal we use is produced on the small finca Reserva la Concepció in the north of Menorca - with a salt tradition dating back to 1853.

Here, Flor de Sal is still harvested by hand and dried and processed less than 100 metres away from the salt pans.

There is no mixing with other salts. 100% Flor de Sal from the salt pans of Fornells / Menorca. The composition and the special processing with hibiscus blossoms is done by sol y tierra in our manufactory kitchen next to the shop.

Please store our all-natural Flor de Sal in a dark place. To use it at the table, simply unscrew the lid and dose with an espresso spoon, for example.
