Our Balsam Crema Cranberry has a great balance between sweetness and acidity. It is particularly thick and therefore also comes with a cork without a spout, which would otherwise easily clog. Therefore also great for decorating plates!

Arrange on a plate:
Place on a bed of rocket thinly sliced cooked beetroot (available ready-cooked). Cut the pear pieces into wedges and place them all around.
Fry a slice of goat's cheese briefly in olive oil and add it in the middle. Add a few walnuts or our great roasted almonds.
Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and olive oil. And of course: round it off with our Balsam Crema Cranberry.
To enhance: Sprinkle a few more dried, soft cranberries on top.
