Shipping and Handling

Please note that shipment is made from Mallorca and, therefore, delivery to EU countries will require a period of 8 to 18 days after receipt of payment.

The above shipment period is required in order to optimize shipping costs. Direct shipment by Spanish or international parcel services is very expensive. For this reason, we have built up our own logistics. The shipment is made by Hermes.

Forwarder of your parcel will, therefore, always be our German partner company "kalchas communications GmbH".

We reserve the right to ship larger orders in several separate parcels for logistical reasons, if necessary.

Shipment from Mallorca is made every Monday (please note: different shipping times during the winter period possible - announcement will be made in the web shop accordingly). This refers to all orders of which payment we received until the Sundays 12.00 h).

Please bear in mind the longer shipping times, especially when ordering gifts for birthdays, Christmas, etc.!
