Limoncello de Mallorca is made from untreated lemons from the Sóller valley. All the fruits are finely peeled by hand and around 4 kg of lemons are used per litre.

The fresh lemon peel is macerated and the liqueur is then sweetened with 150 g/l of sugar and bottled without filtering. This preserves the natural cloudiness and essential oils.
