The Gin Rosé is not produced by distillation but according to an old recipe for maceration of the monks of Monte Toro (Menorca).
The maceration is done at a controlled temperature without heating the alcohol and with the addition of rose petals, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and grapefruit.
Made in the small manufactory Biniarbolla on Menorca. The grandfather of the manufactory operator received many decades ago the secret recipe for maceration from the monks of Monte Toro and it has been passed down from generation to generation.
