The Blanco Reserva has a slight sweetness and simultaneous bitterness with refined fresh citrus notes.
Creamy and fresh in the mouth with a slightly bitter, herbal finish with hints of Mediterranean plants.
The nose is expressive, with aromas of sweet spices where cinnamon and cloves stand out, with a hint of sultana fruit in the background.
To make it, aromatic herbs are macerated with the peels of various citrus fruits.
To this mixture, after a few months of maceration, a matured white mistletoe is added, reserved for this vermouth.
The result is a vermouth that captures the citrusy Mediterranean flavours so typical of this region.
The origins of the Padró & Co. family production date back to 1886 in Bràfim (Tarrragona), a farming village of about 400 inhabitants at that time.
Produced and bottled entirely on the property.
As a small visual highlight, it is bottled in beautiful bottles.
