Ron Dulce is a liqueur from Mallorca that comes from the exchange of economic relations between Mallorca and Cuba during the 17th century.
Since then, it has been traditionally made in Mallorca based on a long process of maceration of fruits and other herbs from the Balearic Islands in sugar cane alcohol.
This high alcoholic Mallorcan rum is loved by aficionados for its intense, sweet flavour, without being cloying.
Enjoy it in the traditional Mallorcan café "rebentat" (a combination that is a must in any bar on the island), a tradition that some say dates back to the years of the Cuban War, when soldiers would add rum or brandy to coffee to give them more courage in battle.
