Our latest creation made from fresh oranges and refined with a little thyme. Made in our kitchen at the Kalvarienberg. Very intense taste of oranges and mustard and a pleasant sweet-hot note. For refining sauces, for grilling and marinating or with smoked salmon.

Try our homemade orange mustard also with strong cheese / fresh cheese, to refine salad dressings or with fennel fried in olive oil.
Of course the mustard also goes very well with white sausage, grilled meat and bratwurst!
Or marinade fish fillets (delicious with fresh salmon) with this mustard. Add feta cheese and herbes.
Then fry fish, cheese and herbes at medium heat in a nonstick pan with the lid on (15 to 25 minutes depending on fillet size). Add some olive oil and white wine. Note: you can also add olives, spring onion or some other vegetables!
