Incredibly fruity mandarin liqueur.
Fresh mandarins from Sóller (Mallorca) were macerated in clear grain spirit for 4 weeks. Later, the distillate was sweetened with 150g/l sugar and bottled without filtration.
This preserves the natural cloudiness and the essential oils.

To ensure that the aromas of the ingredients can be optimally extracted and absorbed by the alcohol, Eva and Stefan, a Catalan oenologist and a German winemaker, macerate the ingredients in their distillery in Llucmajor (Mallorca).
