Very intense flavour due to prior maceration of the fresh fruit. Delicious neat or with a good tonic and a slice of fresh lemon or lime.

To ensure that the aromas and essential oils of the fresh fruits can be optimally extracted and absorbed by the alcohol, Eva and Stefan, a Catalan oenologist and a German winemaker, first macerate the ingredients in their distillery in Llucmajor (Mallorca).
Then they distil the macerate in their distillery in a traditional copper still.
