Using fresh Bergamots from Valencia and blended the distillate only with a juniper spirit that was distilled from Macedonian juniper; the largest and sweetest juniper berries we Eva and Stefan have ever been able to process. A two botanical Gin.
To ensure that the aromas and essential oils of the fruits can be optimally extracted and absorbed by the alcohol, Eva and Stefan, a Catalan oenologist and a German winemaker, first macerate the ingredients in their distillery in Llucmajor (Mallorca).
Then they distil the macerate in their distillery in a traditional copper still.
