Gin Eva’s unique flavour comes from Mallorca juniper berries, botanicals and locally grown citric fruits.
To ensure that the aromas and essential oils of the ingredients can be optimally extracted and absorbed by the alcohol, Eva and Stefan, a Catalan oenologist and a German winemaker, first macerate the ingredients in their distillery in Llucmajor (Mallorca).
Then they distil the macerate in their distillery in a traditional copper still.
